ABOUT THE QUEER KISSING FLASHMOB IN BARCELONA

This November the Pope will visit Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia. As it happened in London some of us will ptotest for some reasons. GAY.CAT will be writing about these protest. I do mostly in Catalan and Castilian but in this case I want to do this post in English as the Pope and the protests may interest a worldwide audience.

There are differents events related to the protests about the Pope visit. One of the events can be found in www.jonotespero.cat. JO NO T'ESPERO stands for I AM NOT EXPECTING YOU.

Anyway, in this post I want to talk about a new event that today is more famous because press from madrid have talked about it (EL MUNDO and ABC).

The event is called QUEER KISSING FLASHMOB. On Sunday, in front of the cathedral (the cathedral is the gothic building downtown, the Sagrada Familia is not a cathedral!) .. well in front of the cathedral gays and lesbians will kiss.

There is a blog, a facebook page and a twitter account. In the blog, if you search, you will find the text also witten in English!
